​​I founded Next Chapter Talent to redefine recruitment across the property sector—moving away from volume-driven hiring towards something more considered, more intentional, and ultimately, more impactful.

My approach is grounded in first-hand industry experience.

I began my career within the property sector before moving into recruitment, later driving the internal talent function of a multi-million-pound London property business.

 

From industry, to in-house, to agency, I’ve built a true 360° perspective—understanding both talent and partners at every level.

​

Working across specialist markets, I’ve dedicated myself to ongoing industry training to underpin my expertise—combining commercial insight with a clear understanding of risk, and bringing technical precision, credibility, and a more considered approach to every search.

​

I partner with a carefully curated portfolio of great businesses spanning the wider property landscape, from property management, H&S and fire to finance and business support.

​

By design, I keep this network selective—allowing me to deliver a level of focus, discretion, and quality that simply isn’t possible at scale.
