My approach is grounded in first-hand industry experience.
I began my career within the property sector before moving into recruitment, later driving the internal talent function of a multi-million-pound London property business.
From industry, to in-house, to agency, I’ve built a true 360° perspective—understanding both talent and partners at every level.

Working across specialist markets, I’ve dedicated myself to ongoing industry training to underpin my expertise—combining commercial insight with a clear understanding of risk, and bringing technical precision, credibility, and a more considered approach to every search.
